To Commemorate the sesquicentennial (150th year) celebration of Madras Boat Club, the committee members of the club commissioned adbureau advertising private limited, to design, develop and publish a four page, color supplement in The Hindu, Business line newspaper.

This assignment involved carrying out a detailed research about the club's history, its relevance to sports in Tamil Nadu and the country in general, key contributions by the club for the rowing sport in India.

The above initiative was supported by United India Insurance Company Ltd, National Insurance Corporation, Oriental Flight academy, MRF, SAIL, NTC Logistics and City Union Bank.

The idea was to showcase the club's 150 years old rich legacy via the supplement and the same was delivered in record time.
