In its 27th year, ad bureau continues its support towards Madras West Round Table 10’s Unified Special Olympics in association with Special Olympics Bharat and Special Olympics international. Seen in picture are the 29 athletes that represented India in the World Special Olympic games, with Mrs. Meenakshi Chittaranjan (Padma Bhushan awarded, Bharatanatyam dancer), Director Ad Bureau Mr. Vikash Nahar and Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu Shri Banwarilal Purohit in the center as the Chief Guest of the event.
Unified Special Olympics 2019
MWRT10 and Special Olympics Bharat conducted the Special Olympic games for children with special needs. For the first time, in feb 2019 these games were held at an Asia-Pacific level. Athletes flew in from four Asia pacific countries (Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and India) to compete and spread friendship beyond borders.
This year over 2500 people attended these games.
Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu, presided over the games as its Chief Guest with TV star’s, press and media in the audience.
Ad Bureau played a supporting role as part of its CSR to promote and bolster this event. Ad Bureau was also instrumental in garnering sponsorship support and is proud to have partnered with this noble initiative.
